• This is for use of the barn space inside and outside-DIY
• Tables and chairs seating up to 75 people
• Does NOT include additional Insurance needed for the Day/Days
• Includes use of utilities (WIFI), fridge, 2 rolling cooler carts, large trash cans, and 1 bathroom
• A porta potty needs to be rented in addition to our restroom (over 75 guests)
• If using gas ovens please be aware stove usage will cause barn to heat up 5 degrees in 30 min. temps will go up extremely if using all heat sources
• We only provide limited heat & AC window units
• You provide your plates, napkins, utensils etc.
• You can choose (DIY) potluck, food trucks/ trailer of your choice or hire a caterer
• Your party can hire an event planner or do the work yourself, it’s up to you but we do recommend help, planner or coordinator
• We book One event per day
• Hours are 8 am to 10 p.m. (9 p.m. end time)
